Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is rectangular-shaped and developed with a partial two-story, 32,690-square foot former elementary school building constructed in 1922 and remodeled in 1991, which includes a full basement. Paved parking lots exist on the eastern and western sides of the school building and the remainder of the Subject Property is undeveloped vegetated areas.
According to Sanborn Maps, aerial photographs, and city directories, the Subject Property was used as a school from at least 1893 through 2020 when the school ceased, after which the Subject Property has been vacant through the time of this Phase I ESA.
