Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of a two-story motel (approximately 8,596 square feet) built in circa 1968. The buildings consist of concrete block construction with asphaltic roof material with various sealants. Interior access was limited to one unit (Room #22) and laundry/storage rooms. Stantec was able to view the interior of the other rooms through windows and all units had the same layout and similar interior finishes. Approximately 20% of the floors were covered by VFT, 50% were nailedon carpet, and 30% were concrete. Approximately 20% were gypsum board and joint compound, and 80% were covered by ACT. Approximately 80% of the interior walls were concrete block and 20% were gypsum board and joint compound. The Property also includes a two-story restaurant with private residence (approximately 9,761 square feet) built in circa 1973. The buildings consist of concrete block construction with asphaltic roof material with various sealants. Approximately 50% of the floors were covered by ceramic tile, 30% were VFT, and 20% were carpet. Approximately 10% were gypsum board and joint compound, 30% were ACT, and 60% were covered by acoustic ceiling spray. Approximately 80% of the interior walls were concrete block and 20% were gypsum board and joint compound.
