Additional Property Attributes

The approximately 1.94-acre property is located at 555 W 8th Street in Vancouver, Washington, on Clark County tax lot 49110002. Based on a review of historical documentation, the Property was developed with residential structures and a north-south oriented road from 1890 until the early 1960s. The Property was vacant from the early 1960s until mid-1970s. In the mid-1970s, the Property was developed with two structures that were occupied by the American Legion Post and the U.S. Social Security office. These buildings were demolished, and a new structure was constructed in 2003. This building is the site of Esther Site Commons, a 160-unit multi-family residence, and nine commercial and retail tenant spaces. The Phase I ESA conducted in November 2023 revealed no RECs, CRECs, or significant data gaps in connection with the Property.
