Additional Property Attributes

Initially developed as a mill and operated as such under different ownership from the 1800s-1970s. The property has been vacant since 2005 when it was purchased by the Bellow Falls Historical Society. Redevelopment plans include use as the Connecticut River Heritage Center, Adams Grist Mill Museum, pedestrian and vehicle connections to town, and an outdoor amphitheater.
