Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Subject Property consisted primarily of a gravel-covered lot with grass-covered areas on the northeast and east portions of the Subject Property. A dumpster containing concrete, gravel and wood was present on the southwest portion of the Subject Property. This assessment has revealed the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property:
* The potential for contaminants at Subject Property associated with the former use the Subject Property as a repair garage/filling station and the presence of USTs.
The following vapor encroachment conditions (VECs) and/or emerging contaminant concerns were identified at the Subject Property:
* The potential for vapors to be present associated with the former use of the Subject Property.
It is the EP's opinion that further investigation is not warranted.
