Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was vacant land from at least 1894 until 1909 when it was developed with a building. The building was identified as an electric theater in 1909, a barber shop by 1916 and a "store" from 1924 through 1950. We were unable to determine the use of the Subject Property from 1950 through 2000. However, based on our interviews it appears the building was used for commercial purposes and was identified as Antique and Traditional Firearms in 2000. At the time of the reconnaissance, the Subject Property consisted of a vacant single-story building with paved parking on the north portion. The main floor of the building was divided between a former barber shop and restroom in the north portion and the south portion consisted of a former hobby shop, an office and a restroom. A basement was present under the building and consisted of retail space, a restroom and a storage room. We observed the storage of paints on the main floor and in the basement of the building. A pole-mounted transformer and brick and lumber storage were located on the north portion of the Subject Property. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property.
