Additional Property Attributes

The Site is an abandoned 2.85 acre lot that was formerly a government contracted manufacturing facility of vision equipment for combat vehicles including periscopes, ballistic glass and transparent armor for combat vehicles. The facility consists of an auto garage with underground storage tanks, a bulk sales petroleum facility, and is in poor condition. The plan is to demolish the structure and clean up any soil and groundwater issues.
