Additional Property Attributes

The Site has historically been used for auto sales and service with a gasoline filling station located at 13 Main Street, but was most recently in use as an auto parts store and parking. The building is currently vacant and in use for cold storage; however, is planned to be redeveloped into a local market.

The Site has previously had its gasoline tanks removed and no evidence of petroleum contamination was observed; however, due to the urban nature of the site, it is likely that urban fills impacted by PAHs, metals, etc. are present, and hazardous building materials are also likely present due to the age of the building.
