Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently developed with an abandoned historic hotel. The subject property is developed with an 1,804 square-foot building built in 1927. There is an entrance corridor and exit corridor located under the second floor of the northern portion of the building on the subject property that allows access off of Pearl Street onto the northwestern portion of the subject property. There is a narrow drive located in the alley between the western portion of the building on the subject property and the adjoining property to the west, and the drive allows access from Main Street onto the northwestern portion of the subject property. A concrete parking area is located on the northwestern portion of the subject property. The Phase I ESA conducted by PPM Consultants, Inc. (www.ppmco.com) on 01/12/2024 has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions (REC), controlled recognized environmental conditions (CREC), and/or significant data gaps (SDG) in connection with the subject property. An asbestos inspection/survey which is planned for spring/summer of 2024 as required prior to renovation of the hotel for redevelopment and reuse.
