Additional Property Attributes

The 0.42- acre Subject Property consists of one parcel identified by the Herkimer County Tax Assessor as 120.37-5-36. The property consists of a gravel lot with a vegetated area. Municipal water, sewer, electric, and natural gas connections are available in the vicinity of the Subject Property.

The Subject Property is currently vacant with no operations. The property consists of a gravel lot with a vegetated area and a small pile of concrete. Several steel plates were observed on the eastern portion of the property. No visual evidence of past uses was observed during the Site reconnaissance visit.

The Subject Property was originally developed with a two-story dwelling and a one-story ancillary structure since at least 1884. In approximately 1925 it was improved with two additional two-story dwellings. The Subject Property was utilized for residential purposes until the dwellings were razed between 1982 and 1998.
