Additional Property Attributes

The property is occupied by an industrial building that is currently unoccupied. Waller Machine was established in 1959 at this No other information about the historic use of the property is known at this time. Concerns related to the past use of hazardous materials as part of historic operations have been assessed. No PNAs or VOCs were detected in soil samples taken from around the property. Arsenic was detected at concentrations exceeding EGLE GRCC, however it was lower than local background levels established for the Saginaw Lobe in Michigan Background Soil Survey 2005, and is therefore not a facility.
