Additional Property Attributes

Subject Property consists of four (4) parcels making an irregularly-shaped parcel of land encompassing 5.47 acres, consisting of primarily maintained grass-covered land with forested land in the southeast portion. Surrounded by Auburn Street ROW improvements to the north, North Johnston Avenue ROW improvements to the east, and North Day Street ROW improvements to the west. A bus stop structure is located on the northeast corner of the Subject Property. Traces of a concrete foundation are located on the northeast corner of the Subject Property by the bus stop. (1939-1946) Primarily undeveloped with small residential structures depicted along the east portion, and potential filling station on the northeast corner of the Subject Property. (1956-2024) Vacant, grass-covered with remnants of foundations. Roy Bellars Filling Station (~1939), Residential (1940s-1962), Vacant (1962-Current). RECs identified related to former filling station operations, petroleum contamination migration from west adjoining gas station in soil and groundwater, historical auto operations and active filling station on the north adjoining sites, across Auburn Street.
