Additional Property Attributes

The Site comprises six contiguous parcels which have been used for residential and/or commercial purposes since at least 1926 and 1933, respectively. The Site is currently predominately vacant land with the exception of a 6-unit apartment building and gravel parking area located at 105 Globe Avenue (APN 275-0163-002) in the southwestern portion of the Site. A closed leaking UST case associated with a former gas station at 1000 Del Paso Blvd (APN 275-0163-001) does not require additional assessment or cleanup. Tetrachloroethylene (PCE) has been detected in groundwater beneath the northeastern portion of 1030 Del Paso Blvd (APN 275-0163-006) at concentrations exceeding the MCL for PCE in drinking water. PCE has been detected in soil vapor on 1022 Del Paso Blvd (APN 275-0163-005) and 1030 Del Paso Blvd at concentrations exceeding the respective residential and commercial screening levels. The source of PCE on the site is unknown. The site is currently in planning stages for a future residential development. Lead in soil has been detected on a portion of 1016 Del Paso Blvd (APN 275-0163-004) that exceeds residential and commercial screening levels. The extent of lead in soil on this portion of the site has not yet been defined.
