Additional Property Attributes

The property is developed with a 5,500 square foot commercial building constructed by the town of Dolores in the 1950s as a fire station and town jail. After the fire department became a fire district, the building became the Dolores Town Hall and library. The town has purchased a new site for the town hall and plans to demolish the building and redevelop the site as part of Flanders Park. A regulated building materials survey identified the presence of asbestos-containing materials throughout the building.
