Additional Property Attributes

The property is developed with a one-story 35,912 square school building complex with recess activity area and a parking lot. The property is owned by the Montezuma-Cortez School District and is currently vacant. The surrounding area is residential. The building was constructed in 1955 with additions constructed in the 1970s and early 1980s. It operated as a school from construction to 2021. A regulated building material survey of the building identified the presence of lead-based paint and asbestos containing building materials.
