Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the site reconnaissance, the surrounding area consisted of a plasma donation center and vacant commercial structure to the north, a church and grass-covered land to the east, a used automobile dealership to the south, and residential development to the west.
This assessment has revealed the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property:
* The potential for the presence of contaminants from the former use of the Subject Property as a gasoline service station and automobile repair facility.
The following vapor encroachment condition (VEC) was identified at the Subject Property:
* The potential for the presence of vapors from the former use of the Subject Property as a gasoline service station and automobile repair facility.
It is the EP's opinion that further investigation is warranted.

At the time of the site reconnaissance, SME was unable to access the Subject Property. Observations of the Subject Property were from along the boundaries. In addition, SME was unable to obtain a completed Owner Questionnaire. Additional RECs may have been identified with access to the Subject Property and from answers provided on the Owner Questionnaire; therefore, these limiting conditions represent a significant data gap.
