Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of approximately 1 acre of land within a 2.37 parent parcel (portion of
Navajo County Parcel ID 212-39-003D) developed with an approximately 4,500-square foot building, a
400-square foot restroom and raptor food storage building, a storage shed, and parking lot. The eastern
portion of the parent parcel is developed with a raptor enclosure and training facility and an unused
building formerly used as a raptor rehabilitation facility that is not included in this assessment and will be
considered the eat-adjoining site. The Subject Property is zoned as municipal and is owned by White
Mountain Wildlife and Nature Center, Inc. Adjoining properties are zoned as municipal and
commercial/residential.
The intended use of this Phase I ESA is to investigate the
potential presence of a, underground storage tank (UST) for the continued operation of the White
Mountain Nature Center.
