Additional Property Attributes

The property was developed prior to 1913 with residential and commercial storefronts along Euclid Avenue and a portion of a lumber mill to the rear. by 1926, the residence and commercial storefronts developed with a multi-tenant residence with commercial storefronts at street level. The southern portion of the property was redeveloped with a filling station with three gasoline USTs and an auto garage. By 1941, the gas stations were closed, and a dry cleaning operation opened in one of the storefronts which continued until 1967. Various commercial occupants were present in the commercial storefronts through 2020 when the buildings were razed. The project is included in a local development plan and will be evaluated for redevelopment options. No UST's were found during the Geophysical survey. Additional sampling may be needed depending on end use of the property.
