Additional Property Attributes

The Site (Lot 34) comprises one 0.5�-acre parcel improved with a three-story residential building
totaling 6,034 square feet (sf) and a detached two car garage. The residential building consists of
three distinct sections: the western section (constructed with a walkout partially finished basement,
first floor, second floor, and knee wall attic); the middle section (constructed with a walkout
finished basement, first floor, and knee wall attic); and the eastern section (constructed with a
walkout unfinished basement, first floor, and half story).
The original residential building was constructed in 1840, and use of the Site prior to 1840 is
unknown but likely residential. By 1904, the existing three-section residential building was
depicted with a small fourth section on the southeast side and the eastern section marked as a shed
or stable. By 1912, the fourth section of the residential building was removed, and the residential
building is consistent with present day. The detached garage was constructed onsite sometime
between 1949 and 1956 and remains to present day.
