Additional Property Attributes

The Site is a vacant 0.71-acre parcel located on the southwest corner of Williston Road (VT Route
2) and South Brownell Road in Williston, VT. There are no buildings or other structures on the
Site. There is a former electrical hookup of unknown use. There were no known historical buildings
on the Site except a former greenhouse which appears to have been in place in the 1980s. The
Site is generally flat with a slight depression in the middle and the surface consists of grass,
bushes, and trees with a gravel vehicle pull-off area on the South Brownell Road frontage. There
are no stormwater improvements on the Site. There are no known potential source(s) of
contamination on the Site based on historical research, database reviews, inspections, and
interviews conducted during the Phase I ESA.
