Additional Property Attributes

Former UST facility site now owned by a non-profit. Non-profit is looking to remove the USTs still on the property and expand the site's non-profit activities.

From Phase 1:
The Subject Property appears to have been developed prior to 1952. Structures can
clearly be seen on the 1960 aerial and two structures are shown on the Subject Property
in the 1964/1965 topographic maps. The Subject Property remains relatively unchanged
since it's development with small improvements made over time. During site
reconnaissance, the two structures on site were connected and are now one building.
The Subject Property was listed as Rawls Springs Grocery form 1995 until 2017 in the
city directory report. The 2020 city directory listed the owner of the Subject Property as
Jouliana Abouelnaga.

The historical sources noted above were also used to investigate the historical uses of
adjoining properties. Adjoining property historical usage can be described as follows:
* North - Residential since at least 1952 with houses being added over time;
* South - Rawls Springs Road has served as the southern Subject Property
Boundary since prior to 1952. Properties across Rawls Springs Road have been
primarily residential with a church located to the southeast since as early as 1952;
* East - Residential since at least 1952 with houses being added over time; and
* West - Martha Avenue is located on the Subject Property's western property
boundary. Across Martha Avenue has been primarily residential properties since
1952 with houses being added over time.
No other environmental histories or permits were discovered during the course of this
assessment for adjacent properties that present the potential to impact the Subject
Property.
