Additional Property Attributes

The property is comprised of blighted buildings and previously housed Saint Gobain Abrasives, formerly known as Norton Company, which has been an industrial stalwart in Worcester since 1885 and recognized as a world leader in manufacturing abrasives and high-performance materials. New Garden Park is the 501(c)3 non-profit arm of the Worcester Business Development Corporation which has taken ownership of the property.
