Additional Property Attributes

Property is developed with a 20,754+/- square-foot single story building constructed on concrete slab. The original 11,243+/- square-foot building was constructed in 1954 for use as a school building. In 1978, a 5,424+/- square-foot gymnasium was constructed to the east of the existing school and a 955+/- square-foot addition was built to connect the new gymnasium to the existing school. In 1993, a 3,132+/- square-foot prefab building was added to the west side of the original school. The construction of the original school building has metals and stud wall construction with pitched asphalt or metal roofs. There is also a small 100+/- square-foot shed located southeast of the main building.

Other Property improvements include a paved driveway from VT 17W to the north and east of the school, a paved area to the south of the school used as basketball courts, and multiple playground areas to the south and west of the school building. Prior to initial development in 1954 as the school, the Property was used for agriculture. Since development in 1943, the Property has been used as the Addison Central School. The Property is located in a commercial zone. Addison Town School District is the current owner of the Property.
