Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of one building in the south part of Frankfort, SD. Building demolition and site redevelopment is proposed. The building is about 57' north-south by 92' east-west. The building appears to be 1 to 2 story. We understand it was formerly used as a lumber yard. The City of Frankfort applied to the Targeted Brownfield Financial Assistance Program of the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources for assessment of the project site.
