Additional Property Attributes

Based on aerial photographs, the parcel appears to have been used as commercial/light manufacturing from at least the 1950s until present. There is no confirmed contamination on the property. The property is developed with a business that is showroom and fabrication for cabinets and countertops. The current owner is interested in developing a portion of the property for a food cart pod. A Phase I ESA completed in February 2024 revealed no RECs, CRECs, or significant data gaps in connection with the Property. Further assessment and cleanup is not recommended.
