Additional Property Attributes

The Site is developed with one building, a large generally square structure with a courtyard to the west. The property is approximately 54,150 square feet consisting of two-stories with living quarters, rooms, offices, restrooms, storage areas, and a basement; it was estimated to be constructed in the early 1900's. Throughout the Site, there is an asphalt paved parking lot and carports. The Site was previously used as the Gila General Hospital. The surrounding area primarily consists of commercial uses.
