Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of approximately 32.09 acres of land containing the vacant, former Boyce Tompson Arboretum Mansion building with surrounding parking areas. There are 11 structures on the property. Based on the scope of work for this Phase I ESA, this assessment has revealed no recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property; however, the companion asbestos and lead-based paint (LBP) assessments that were conducted under a separate authorization, should be consulted prior to disturbing building materials. LBP: 186 LBP hazards exist. ACM: ACM is present in buildings 1, 2, 6, 8, and 10.
