Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of approximately 1.45 acres of land, located on the northwest portion of the parent parcel, containing the containing the Pinal County Kearny Town Hall (Building C) and Teen Center (Building B). The parent parcel property consist of approximately 7.36 acres of land developed with the Kearny Public Library and community center with a public pool. Vehicular access to the Subject Property is gained from South Tilbury Drive to the northwest. The Subject Property is located within an area characterized primarily by commercial and residential uses. This assessment has revealed no recognized environmental conditions, historical recognized environmental conditions, controlled recognized environmental conditions, or vapor migration issues in connection with the Subject Property. LBP Survey conducted on two buildings on the property. LBP was not found in the two buildings. No ACM was identified.
