Additional Property Attributes

The abandoned residential property has provided a "safe-space" for trespassers and drug use. The property is located in downtown Weston and needs to be demolished. Additionally, the structure is in poor condition due to trespassers. Approximately 615 square feet of textured ceiling and approximately 91 linear feet of window glazing was found to be asbestos-containing. The asbestos containing materials were abated before the building was demolished in March 2024.
