Additional Property Attributes

Based on review of historical information, the Subject Property appears to have been primarily undeveloped land since at least 1948. Three (3) unimproved landing strips, part of the former Schurz Airport, have been depicted on the Subject Property since at least 1948. US-95 is depicted bisecting the central portion of the Subject Property from south to north since at least 1948. A small agricultural field has been depicted on the northeastern portion of the Subject Property since at least 1948. A portion of the former old Highway 95 Alternate traverses the western portion of the Subject Property from south to northwest from at least 1948. The Highway 95 Alternate is depicted as out of use by at least the 1970s. Disturbed soils indicative of landfill/mining operations are depicted on the southwestern portion of the Subject Property from at least the 1950s to the present. Several unimproved roadways are depicted traversing the Subject Property from at least 1948. A small structure is depicted on the southernmost boundary of the Subject Property in the 1980 aerial photograph. The small structure appears to be a part of a larger facility to the south of the Subject Property. By the 1990s, the small structure appears to have been razed from the Subject Property.
