Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical information, the Subject Property appears to have been undeveloped land from at least 1954 to 1974. Several unimproved roadways are depicted traversing the Subject Property from at least 1954. Corey View Drive is depicted traversing the southern portion of the Subject Property since at least 1974. A small, shaded area indicative of disturbed soils is depicted on the southern portion of the Subject Property adjoining to Corey View Drive from at least 1974 to 1984. A fenced in facility with several small structures (potentially vehicles and construction materials) was depicted in the central portion of the Subject Property from at least 1984 to 1994. According to the 2006 aerial photograph, the small fenced in facility appears to have been razed from the Subject Property and graded over with soils. The existing gun range has been located on the northwestern portion of the Subject Property since at least the 2013 aerial photograph. According to signage observed at the Subject Property, the gun range is owned and operated by the Mineral County Sheriff's Office. A small shed-like structure is depicted on the southwestern portion of the Subject Property from at least 2013 to at least 2017, when it appears to have been removed from the Subject Property. A small drainage channel is depicted traversing the central portion of the Subject Property from southeast to northwest since at least 1954.
