Additional Property Attributes

Based on aerial photographs, the property appear to have been used as residential since at least the 1950s, with three homes on the property. Two of the homes were demolished in 2016. The surrounding area has been developed with residential and commercial use. There is no confirmed contamination on the property. Vancouver Housing Authority is interested in redeveloping the property for affordable housing.
