Property Highlights

The property contains one concrete and steel building used as a garage and maintenance facility for natural gas distribution. It also contains a concrete pad and partial brick structure that was formerly operated by the City of Plattsmouth as a manufactured gas plant. Past sampling confirmed presence of VOCs in groundwater, SVOCs and VOCs in soil, and metals were found in small amounts in both soil and groundwater. (PPF - 09/25/2006)

Former Use: Former Industrial facility (manufactured gas plant) operating by the City of Plattsmouth between the mit 1890's and late 1940's.
