Additional Property Attributes

The property is located at 8861 Line Street in Port Austin, Huron County, Michigan. The Property consists of approximately 1.3 acres of land developed with a building, approximately 6,000 square-feet in size. The building is a former gymnasium consisting of concrete construction with a basement. The remainder of the Property is developed with asphalt paved parking.
