Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was developed with five unknown structures in 1895 and a storage building was present by 1900. By 1915, a movie theater, printing shop and a residence were present at the Subject Property. From 1924 to 1941, the Subject Property was occupied by a dairy bottler, printing shop, and a residence. By 1972, the Brown City Public Schools occupied the Subject Property and used the building as a bus garage.
Surrounding areas consisted of commercial and residential development from at least 1895 to 2022. The commercial development included a hardware store, general store, marble works, millinery, general merchandise store, recreational businesses, and restaurants. A gasoline filing station adjoined the Subject Property to the northeast from 1924 to at least 1941. Three gasoline USTs were associated with the filling station.
