Additional Property Attributes

The property currently features a vacant 74,502-square-foot former school building with two stories and a basement. According to the County Auditor, the building was initially constructed in 1940, with two subsequent additions-one with an unknown construction date and the other completed in 1998. The interior finishes include carpet, vinyl floor tile, plaster walls, and ceiling tiles. The roof is flat and covered with a rubber overlay. A paved parking lot is situated on the north side of the building. Due to the varying construction dates of the original structure and its two additions, the building was divided into three distinct sections for sampling: Building 1 (constructed in 1940), Building 2 (built between the construction of Buildings 1 and 3), and Building 3 (erected in 1998). The layout consists primarily of a single floor of classrooms, with a small second story located in Building 1. The school ceased operations in 2005, after which the building was used for storage until it became vacant in the 2010s.
