Additional Property Attributes

Project was once a railroad yard, lumber yard, and stockyard. There is one structure remaining on the property that is being considered for renovation. The stockyard was demolished when business relocated and the other structures burned down as a result of arson. The property is to be developed into greenspace and an amphitheater. Phase I investigations revealed that the potential storage of petroleum products and solvents associated with the previous repair shop, the presence of a former transformer yard, and the previous railyard yard on the property may result in anticipated COCs.
