Additional Property Attributes

The property was a church from 1874-1979. The city purchased it, created a parking lot with a small shoe repair shop on the corner. Potential developer paid for Phase 1 and would like add retail and residential opportunities to the city's historic downtown. Analytical results obtained from environmental media sampled from the Property during this investigation indicate that the Property has not been significantly impacted by chemical releases associated with the RECs determined for the property. With exception to potential demolition debris and foundations from previous on-site structures, the geophysical survey conducted did not identify anomalies indicative of potential chemical release source areas (e.g., USTs/vaults). Based on the analytical results obtained and the existing site conditions, potential exposure pathways to human receptors appear to be incomplete and applicable residential standards are met.
