Additional Property Attributes

A gas station was located at 201 Fitch Street from 1930 to 1968. At least three underground gas tanks were present. Their current status is not known. Spill No. 93-03093 is related to the discovery of petroleum impacts in the vicinity of the tanks. The other parcels adjoin or are in very close proximity to the former gas station. To be updated when the Phase I is complete.
