Additional Property Attributes

Former 0.353-acre gas station with four USTs remaining at the property. The building was vacant but more recently housed various commercial establishments. A Sinclair gas station operated at the site from 1957-1968. The Phase I identified 4 RECs/IA: Past use as petroleum storage and retail dispensing' out of service USTs- 4 in total; suspected USTs based on fill ports; and adjacent historical operations to the southwest - manufactured gas plant. Phase II included installing eight soil borings terminated at ground water (between 12-14 ft. bgs). Three temporary wells were used to collect ground water grab samples. Soil exceeded BUSTR action levels for benzene. Ground water met BUSTR action levels.
