Additional Property Attributes

The property encompasses a former wastewater plant associated with a former gas station (Rocky Fork Truck Stop) adjacent to and north of the 1.431-acre parcel. A mobile home was also on the property from 1983 to 2017 and operated as a beauty salon. RECs/IA: former wastewater treatment containing petroleum products or wastes from the adjacent gas stations and potential migration of soil vapors or groundwater from the adjacent gas station. Four monitoring wells were installed on the property - one adjacent to the gas station (north) and three around the wastewater units. No impacts were found on soil or groundwater.
