Additional Property Attributes

Historical use included residential and commercial developments. Notable uses included: gasoline filling stations, automotive service garage, cleaners and dyers, laboratory and tool company, and insurance offices. Recognized environmental conditions identified in the Phase I include existing volatile, semi-volatile, PCBs, and metals contamination above actionable levels and underground storage tanks (USTs). Future redevelopment consists of a hospital/medical center. EPA Assessment grant funded Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) update, Baseline Environmental Assessment (BEA), and supplemental investigation. Contaminant information initially reported in BEA are from non-grant funded site assessment activities on behalf of the prospective purchaser. Additional assessment activities further assessed PCBs on site.
