Additional Property Attributes

Based on review of historical information, the Subject Property appears to have been
agricultural land with a farmstead since at least 1954. A small drainage channel is
depicted traversing the eastern portion of the Subject Property from north to south from
at least 1954 to the present. An unimproved roadway is depicted traversing the central
portion of the Subject Property from north to south from at least 1954 to the present.
Four (4) of the existing farmstead structures are depicted on the southern portion of the
Subject Property since at least 1954. The Subject Property has historically operated as
a farmstead, which included the eastern adjoining property. Pinenut Court is depicted
traversing the westernmost portion of the Subject Property from at least 1990 to 2013.
The Subject Property is depicted with the existing layout (barn, two (2) residential structures, stables/storage building, and wood storage building) from at least 2013.
