Additional Property Attributes

The overall site consists of various former uses including a gas station, former auto repair shop, a medical clinic and miscellaneous commercial uses. The site comprises 5.43 acres of land and nine different parcels. Previous investigations have identified metals impacted soil and potential impacts around the former gas station.
