The Site consists of .37 acre on one parcel situated diagonally in a southwest to northeast direction. The Site is currently vacant with no structures present. The Site was utilized as the Norfolk and Western railroad from at least 1885 to 1995. The railroad on this Site was decommissioned and relocated sometime after 1995 with the former railroad property quitclaimed to the City of Lafayette in 2002.
