Additional Property Attributes

Property was purchased by the current owner in 2004 and has been a medical office building which was built in 1971. Applicant proposes deconstruction of the existing building to facilitate the redevelopment. Due to the age of the structure, outstanding issues remain with possible contamination in building materials.
