Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of 0.58 acre and was initially developed in the late 1930s with one building on the northeastern portion of the Site. An August 2010 Phase I ESA identified the following recognized environmental conditions ("RECs"): a bulk oil storage facility was formerly located adjacent west of the Site between the 1950s and the 1970s and an auto salvage yard was located adjacent northwest of the Site between the 1940s and the 1960s. The following de minimis conditions or potential environmental risks or liabilities were noted: the Site has been occupied by electronic brazing company (1950s) and a print shop (Mini Max Graphics, Inc.1960s and 1970s), these facilities utilized hazardous substances or petroleum products and could be a potential source for contamination. The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report dated March 23, 2022 identified RECs similar to those identified in the August 2010 Phase I ESA including the presence of onsite electronic brazing operations in the 1950s and a printing company in the 1960s and 1970s. It also noted the bulk oil storage facility operations to the west in the 1950s and 1960s and the presence of an auto salvage yard to the northwest between 1940s and the 1970s. The current owner took possession in July 2022 and demolished the building. The Site is currently used as a parking lot.
