Additional Property Attributes

The site has operated as a church since it's construction in 1880s. The site building is part of the San Rafael National Register Historic District. A regulated building materials survey conducted at the site identified the presence of asbestos containing materials and lead-based paint. Redevelopment plans for the site include historic preservation work on the site building and continued operation as a church and space for community groups.
