Additional Property Attributes

The site was reported to have been historically used as a firing range until the mid-1980s. Field observations also indicate evidence of it being used as firing range. Historical use of the site as a firing range has created the potential presence of the following hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants: Heavy metals and PAHs. Sampling during the Phase II revealed elevated concentrations in soil. An ABCA was accepted in October 2024 and outlines future cleanup options for the site (such as a dig and haul). The ABCA has been provided to Grand County. .
