The Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Montana plans to take the property after it is clean and put a small community park on the property.

Former Use: Current owners inherited the property from their mother's estate. A neighbor ran a dip tank for wood treating for personal use on the Albro property without the owner's knowledge. EPA conducted a removal action for soil in 1998-1999.
